Natalie L. Shacklett

Office manager

Originally from Birmingham, Alabama, Natalie received her Bachelor’s degree in History and Master’s degree in Library and Information Science (MLIS) from the University of Alabama, where she specialized in Archival Collection Development and Management. Natalie’s penchant for collecting doesn’t stop with archives though, she is also an avid collector of musical knowledge…and coffee mugs. So if you need a cool coffee mug, she’s your gal.

And while her friends and co-workers would describe this well-rounded collector as generally goofy and laid-back, Natalie is all business when it comes to solving problems and simplifying processes. This is why her role was expanded from Senior Paralegal to Office Manager, where she excels at keeping everything running smoothly and us on our toes.

When Natalie is not holding her team to guidelines and deadlines, she can be found either kayaking the Cumberland and Harpeth Rivers or renovating her 1960’s home. But don’t worry, she also knows how to take it easy and relax by competing with her husband playing vintage video games.
