Bennett J. Wills
Bennett J. Wills, is an attorney at Meridian Law, PLLC. Prior to joining the team in September of 2016, Bennett owned and operated Wills Law, LLC, a litigation firm located in Baltimore, Maryland. Bennett has vast experience in the areas of civil litigation, criminal law, domestic law, and appeals. Bennett has represented over 200 clients in both bench and jury trials; winning millions of dollars for his clients over the years either by verdict or settlement.
Prior to running his own firm, Bennett was an associate attorney at the Law Offices of Thomas M. Donnelly, in Baltimore Maryland. There he focused his practice mainly on civil litigation and appeals. Before Tom Donnelly, he worked for Peroutka & Peroutka where he represented large financial banks in debt collection and recovery efforts. And prior to that experience, Bennett clerked for eleven judges at the District Court for Montgomery County, Maryland.
During his tenure in law school, Bennett was a Maryland Rule 16 student with the Innocence Project. And he was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta law fraternity.
Bennett is a native of Nashville, Tennessee. He graduated from Belmont University in 2007 and then from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2011. When not representing clients, Bennett enjoys time with his family, playing racquetball, and live music.
